1. What can Our Wedding Website contain?

Access Question/Access Answer Feature.
Enables you to let only your relatives, friends, and guests gain access to your site.

Our Homepage.
A picture of your wedding with important wedding details.

Our Love Story Page.
Make your relatives and friends really go romantic about the two of you. Share with them your love story.

Messages Page.
Here goes your messages to your guests (like thank you's to parents and friends who have helped prepare your wedding) The bestman and maid of honor OR parents of the bride and the groom can also post their messages (of course, with their pictures!)

Logistics Page.
Details about the wedding, including directions for hard-to-find venues.

Guestbook Page.
Have your family and friends give their well wishes online. Have their dedications be posted online or just privately e-mailed to you.

Guests and RSVPs.
Here are your worksheets to keep track of your invited guests and their RSVP responses. Our program automatically tallies your inputs and the responses from guests responding through e-mail

2. How can we assure that our wedding details will only be viewed by our guests and not by just anybody?

The Access Question/Access Answer feature enables you to limit viewers of your site to people who you announce your password to.

Upon our confirmation of your application, you will designate an Access Question/Access Answer which you will disseminate to your family, friends, and guests in order for them to gain access to your site.

3. How can we disseminate our Access Question/Access Answer?

a.) For guests who have e-mails, just type in their e-mail addresses in the your Administration Utility's RSVP section, and they will automatically be sent the announcement that you are registered with us and receive details of your Access Question/Access Answer.

b.) The basic package of Our Wedding Website includes 30 pcs. bridal registry cards which invite recipients to visit your site at www.weddinglibrary.com.ph. The cards will include your Access Question/Access Answer. Additional cards may also be ordered.

c.) Or you can also print, as a corner copy in your invitation, "www.weddinglibrary.com.ph Access Answer: ______________"

d.) Of course, the good old technique still remains the most effective: word-of-mouth

4. Do I need to know how to design a website to upload my wedding?

Absolutely not. We have prepared everything for you. Just sign in. Choose from among the pre-fabricated designs/motiffs we have. Provide us your information by answering the questions that follow. Upload your pictures. And instantly have your own wedding website.

Can not scan/upload your pictures? We can even do the uploading for you. For a minimal surcharge, just provide us your pictures and we will do the scanning and uploading.

5. How long before our wedding should we sign in?

Our Wedding Online/Our Wedding Registry Online will run for an initial six (6) months from the time you sign in. You can sign in anytime you have your wedding date. Signing in is advisable 3-4 months before your wedding to ensure ample time for your guests to view your wedding announcements and love story and to give their dedications. This will also give you enough time to complete your own bridal registry list. At the same time, this will leave you 2-3 months (after the wedding) for your family and friends to view your wedding (and perhaps, honeymoon) highlights.

Of course, you can also opt for a longer period at a minimal surcharge.

6. How many pictures can we include in Our Wedding Website?

Basic package allows up to a total 15 pictures (at a given time) per couple. These pictures will be for your lovestory, wedding highlights, and honeymoon highlights.

For example, before your wedding, you can upload up to a maximum of 15 pictures for your love story. Then, some of them can be deleted when you are ready to upload your wedding and honeymoon pictures.

You will also upload (aside from the 15) a picture for your Home Page, pictures of the two of you, individually , and of your Bestman/Maid of Honor OR parents for the Messages Page

7. How much does signing in at Our Wedding Website/Our Bridal Registry Online Cost?

8. How can we sign in?

You can sign in through either of two ways:

Online signing in.
Fill up application form online, then pay the basic package fee through any of the payment schemes enumerated in the payment information section.

Offline signing in.
Fill up an application form at The Wedding Library, 5th level Bldg. B SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City

9. Can we start posting once we have submitted our application?

Within three (3) days of receiving your application/payment, you will receive an e-mail (or fax/ call if you do not have an e-mail address) confirming receipt of application. This will also include confirmation of the username and password you have submitted in your application. Password can be changed at your option anytime by going to the Main Settings of your Administration Utility. You can then start posting at once.

Non clearance of your check payment will mean deletion of your site.

10. How do we start posting at Our Wedding Website/Our Bridal Registry Online?

Log in to the site by using your username and password. You will then be able to start posting your text, pictures, and giftlist.
