"Life's A Bitch, Then You Marry One" - Derek Ramsey & Ellen Adarna Say "I Do"
Everything about Ellen Adarna and Derek Ramsay’s wedding seemed like a fairytale. From Ellen’s dress and Derek’s prince-like suit, to the rose arches, and even down to the beautiful sunset, this is definitely a day that the couple will remember for years to come.
The celebrity couple tied the knot last November 11, surrounded by friends and family at the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Luxury Villas and Resort in Bataan.
Ellen and Derek began their whirlwind romance during the earlier half of the year. The couple reportedly met in January. After rumors began to circulate online about their relationship, Ellen and Derek announced in February that they were, indeed, dating. Come March, Derek popped the question just a few days shy of Ellen's birthday.
In his vows, Derek recalls the moment his parents expressed their worries about the relationship's quick progression. To which Derek replied, "In my 44 years, have I ever mentioned the 'M' (Marriage) word to you guys? I guess that made them realize how serious I was and how happy I am to have [Ellen]."
Ellen shares this beautiful sentiment. In her own vows, she told Derek, "I have no doubts when it comes to our relationship. I have no doubts about what I feel for you… Despite the speed of everything, I have never been so sure about anything in my life. I have fallen so deeply in love with you."
Ellen could barely hold her tears as she walked down that rosy aisle, in a gorgeous Marc Rancy wedding gown. Meanwhile, Derek, upon seeing his bride, had to take a moment to regain his composure after being overcome with emotion. Judging by the overflow of tears of joy, there is absolutely no doubt about the love that Ellen and Derek speak of!
