Refunds 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy:

Refunds can be requested only on the basis of the following:

1. Item ordered is not available.  If for any reason, the item ordered turns out not available and you are not willing to wait for new stocks to arrive or you do not want to order another item.

2. Damaged or defective items upon delivery.  Please check the item upon delivery and prior to accepting the item.  Once item is received by you from courier, it is assumed that you have checked and inspected the quality of the item and you acknowledge that the item is in good condition

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and shall process your refund if we see that the item is indeed damaged or defective upon delivery. 

3.  Erroneous delivery.  Please check the item upon delivery and prior to accepting the item.  Once item is received by you from courier, it is assumed that you checked and inspected by you and you acknowledge that the item specs are according to what you ordered.

  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and shall process your refund if we see that the item is indeed not the correct item.

4. Refunds can not be made except for the basis of the above 3 reasons.  

Contact us immediately for defective or erroneous delivery at inquire@weddinglibrary.com.ph.  All request for refunds shall be inspected / investigated by us prior to approval.

Exchanges:

For reasons such as a change of mind, or if you saw another product from another seller, a gift from a Principal Sponsor, etc...,  change of plans/requirements, item you purchased may be exchanged for another product within seven (7) days after delivery. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original (sealed, if applicable) packaging. Labels and packaging materials should also be intact.  Labels and packaging materials must be in their original  good condition.

No exchanges after seven (7) days upon receipt of delivery.

No exchanges for sealed items which have been opened.

No exchanges for personalized items or perishable items (such as underwears, edible bridal shower and honeymoon items, food, plants, if any)

No refunds will be made if price of your newly chosen item is lower the the original item you purchased. You may, however, choose more than 1 item to reach the total price of your original item.  If price of the new item is higher, please deposit balance prior to delivery.  We must also receive the original items in good order and condition with full packaging also in good order and condition and any payment for balance or additional shipping charges, if any, prior to our shipping the new item/s.

No exchange for sale items.

No exchanges for intimate items such as Sexy Undies, Sexy Sets, Vibes, Dongs, Bullets, Intimate Bridal Shower, Stag Party and Honeymoon Items, Edible Undies. 

All shipping costs to and from our Store Branch/Warehouse of the original purchase and the subsequent purchase shall be c/o client and deducted from value of exchange or deposited by client  upon redelivery.


To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at inquire@weddinglibrary.com.ph. If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
